Identifying M&E Data elements
Identifying data elements and enabling environment for a good M&E framework. In planning Monitoring and Evaluation there's a need to look at the situation analysis to observe how often does the activity at hand was conceived by the community of practice to which the planning of M&E is all about. Baseline data is majorly needed to put a benchmark for a formative and submitted evaluation to fast track, calculate, collate and analyse data to give results of what happened over time.
