It was observed that widows have been marginalized . The families of the deceased always neglect the wife and the children. At times they may not have assess to the husband's properties or the husband not have left anything for them. Such wife may not be working when the husband was alive. Many of the children are out of school. The question is that how can such widows be helped out.
