Finance
Finance is a fundamental aspect for every organisation to survive, without finance there wont be results. Even if there are volunteers who wish to assist, i think there must be a stipend for transport and food. An organisation must have a good financial system that can track all organisational spending and be able to account for every cent to tge funders. Funders needs to know if the money is used for the purpose it was asked for. Accountability and good finacial system is key.
