Monitoring & evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation is the very important at the beginning, mid and post program time. It is not a once off process but this is a process that guides the organisation making sure that the goals are met. It is important to know what to monitor and evaluate if its done in a proper way. M&E also exposes areas where the organisation must improve and where its doing well. It also gives the funder a detailed information of the progress to the program. Without M&E there it wont be easy to measure the impact of the work done and people wont know if the targets are reached or not on where they need to improve.
