    Hi My name is Duduzile.
    My organisational goal is finding the TB missing cases. When the organusation was starting there was only one champion which later was overwhelmed with a lot of work. Later tge organisation's management decided to replicate the champion by hiring more staff members who can assist the champion on different roles. As we speak today we Qualitt Improvement Officers who are making sure that the organisational goals are stured in the right direction. Its easy to be derailed especially when you're a supporting partner in a facility, you find yourself doing things that are outside your scope.
    Hiring the right people for roles in an organisation is also key especially people who are subject mayter expects and have profound knowledge in the subject is one of the great strategy an organisation can employ, in order for teaching and learning purposes. Once people know tgeir scooe of practice and have solutions they become productive.
