M&E PLAN
1 ReplyThe M&E plan should include plans for internal dissemination among the program team, as well as wider dissemination among stakeholders and donors.

This is a good point. However, dissemination is a continous process embedded in the stakeholder management plan. The plan outlines how and when to communicate with stakeholders who are opposed or hold interest in the project. The M&E activities produce information that are shared accoridng to the stakeholder and communication management plans.
