Risks and assumptions
Risks and assumptions enables us to foresee the possible problems to be encountered in the course of the project.
It is an opportunity to pen down likely circumstances that could disrupt the project.
This is done for each level of Logframe e.g inputs,output,outcomes and impact.

Bring optimistic about the progress of a project is inevitable and it makes us evisage very beautiful results that will come out of our activities and this makes us turn a deaf ear to all the nasty things that can happen.
There are many things that can wrong and hence drawing need to identify the risks and assumptions in the project before it's start. -
On the other hand, if one is aware of the risks and at the end of the project is relieved to find that the fears did not materialise, that is of course also a huge success
