Which principles of partnership are being demonstrated? Which are not being respected? What are some steps the partners could take to ensure the principles are being taken into account?
The following principals are not being demonstrated:
- Commitment and co-accountability
- Communication
- Mutual benefit
This three aspects are not being upheld in this partnership because though volunteers were promised, the partner is not forth coming with this. The communication seems to be affected, because there doesn't to be any meeting are discussion conducted concerning the matter of volunteers. This in not a mutual benefit partnership as whilst the one partner does all the work the other just provides funds and then sits back.
