Creating an organisational structure
The topic is very vast and requires a lot of thinking. I felt like im ready to start my own organisation. This gave me an ideal situation of growing an organisation and have 5 year plan. First it was difficult to think about the positions i would like to add in a few years time. Had to work on it for for days and even gave up. But today i decided to write it with my phone, don't haveva desk top or laptop so i wrote it with no arrows but intentional in order for someone to have an idea.
