The experience of unpacking valyes
What i learned is that unpacking values can be difficult sometimes, easier said than done. As i was doing the the excersice it makes me realise that how easy it is to get out of hand when treating others not considering some of the values.
Its also a good excersice to be done monthly in order to get the organisation and people working there to introspect on values and remedy where necessary. It was not easy putting words to these values but its a learning curve indeed.
