Dear All,
I want to ask you a question about the skilled facilitator who will encourage conversation among the team. It might not be possible to find such a profile in your organization. In this course, I suggested finding an external consultant with previous experience in the Theory of Change process facilitation. A peer assessor wrote that any organization wouldn't be willing to share its goal, long-term outcome with an external facilitator. I replied that we could ask this external facilitator to sign a contractual commitment not to divulgate information, discussions raised during the sessions. Besides, there is no need to hire a consultant from another organization working on the same topics. It would be preferable to invite this organization to be part of the discussions. What do you think about it?
