Role and importance of indicators
Indicators are very important for any project, particularly for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
While design the project it is important to choose some indicators which are based on seven criteria to monitoring the project. At the begining the project indicators define how the intervention will be measured.
Through evaluation managers will be able to see what they are supposed to correct. During project implementation, indicators will help managers to see which parts need improvement.
