Dear Moderators I am interested in how Mr . Perter Njuguna Karanja managed to get himself into M&E even though he had an IT backgound. I have the same background and I am moving into M&E and would like to have some advise oh how to proceed. Things like courses taken, how to present M&E case to managers and intergrating IT with M&E. Is it possible to link with him directly ?
