Assumptions
If I were facilitating Session 5, I would tell my planning group to recognize the diffrence between theory and fact. A resonable plan can not be produced without assumptions of the uncertain future.
Morover only an organization that understands and lists its assumptions will have an opportunity later on to learn and evaluate why it has succeeded—or not.
