Importance fo M&E
From the the two case studies, it's obvious that, M&E as impt as the project itself. Without M&E, the Project progress can not be measured, not to talk of how much of project goals were achieved, and how it has impacted the lives of those involved. In essence, such project is not going to record any success and is bound to collapse.
With M&E, there is are pointers for improvement, and improvement makes the project better as the goals are being realized, and such, the project/program will be sustained.
