  • Self Learner and curious about MEAL

  • Unrealistic targets can lead to disappointment for the whole team. It is good to set ambitious but realistic targets which can be adjusted according to the available resources. Set targets by looking at reliable sources, collecting data or starting at zero. Historical trends can also help in setting realistic targets.

  • Hello,
My name is Aya Abou El Izz. I'm 25 years old. I am keen to undertake Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation course at Philanthropy University to fill in my academic gap in knowledge and skills in the contemporary trending functional areas of Health. I have graduated from MUBS University with a BS in Public Health in collaboration with the Cardiff Metropolitan University in Uk. My Public Health background has given me the drive to move my career to increasing awareness of disease prevention. After graduating I have worked in a Library as a Stationery Indoor Sales and Graphic Designer Supervisor at Maliks Qabrshmoun. That was a great experience for me. In this time I had a certificate in Adobe Illustrator from Middle East Academy , and a Digital Marketing Certificate from Lebanese
Learning Center ( LLC). I have also worked as Research assistant/ project support to the country lead on 'Reducing Routine Vaccination Hesitancy among Hard to Reach Groups in Lebanon where it occurred in Sidon for a period of one-month. Now I am working at Promission Company as a social media specialist. One of the most valuable things I learned from my BS and work experience is a structured way of thinking that has enabled me to have greater clarity of the things I need to accomplish and respective priorities both in my academic and professional life.
