My work at the moment with various donors is to plan and deliver activities including, but not limited to, needs assessment, project planning, and implementation, in addition to monitoring and evaluation.
I'm responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning frameworks of the projects; I develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the projects; and I also provide technical assistance to the project directors and coordinators, particularly in relation to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

I am passionate about research, monitoring and evaluation because I have always been interested in the bigger questions, such as what makes a project work, what is the theory behind a certain project and what lessons can we learn from projects that can help improve future ones.
