  • COVID-19: Help 200 Locked University Entrepreneurs in Tanzania

Dear members in this platform. In recognition that we are all impacted by COVID-19 and others with the racial incidence of our brother G.Lyod. I am really acknowledging what all of us have been experiencing.
However, I would like to let you know that in Tanzania higher learning institutions have re-opened based on the government satisfaction that COVID-19 has declined in the country. Withing such scenario there are learners who are obliged to continue with studies while they are not even sure of what they are going to eat tomorrow apart from not knowing if they gonna graduate. Such type of students have been depending on engaging in small entrepreneurship income generating activities such as chicken rearing and small home based garden cultivation. As an NGO, we Makutano ya Wajasiriamali are dedicated to help these type of students attain their goals by training them with entrepreneurship skills, empowering, motivating and fostering innovation among them.
Our efforts are not well met due to specifically lack of enough funds to empower a growing number of such helpless student entrepreneurs. WE have been accepted by GlobalGiving platform to fund raise in this June Accelerator which ends in 26 June, 2020.
We would like to ask for any assistance from this group being it in terms of donations to the project, sharing the project URL in your social media and networks or referring us to potential sites and donors who are willing to donate to our project.
Your valuable donation can be channeled at: https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/covid-19-help-200-locked-university-entrepreneurs/
