The aspect worth emulating is the first part of the mails that stated clearly that despite the pandemic, all grantees shall still be paid accordingly to timelines.
Also, giving of information to do virtual training in order to avoid contact is worthy of emulation.
It can be improved by Training the grantees on how to use internet services and all virtual devices.

  • I believe this is true

  • The mail was clear and short, and with the way it was organized with bullet points it made the reader have a clear idea of everything that is chnaging.

  • The mail is generally appealing and fair on grantees. It recognized the need and flexibility of changes caused by the pandemic. It also make room for welcoming new approaches and methods of carrying out activities.

  • it is well written and has a clear structure, however, doesn't really show a lot of empathy. it is assuring and has a little bit of an outlook. It could be a bit more personal though

  • It's well structured, I think it shows empathy and concern about the welfare of partners...

  • I think its good lol

  • This communication looks good to me! It is thoughtful and informative.

  • communication is the most key point incase of any pandemic

  • The message in the mail was flowing in a consistency manner where it was emphasized that all the decisions have been done based on the rise in cases of the pandemic..all necessary unique part to be communicated have been tackled accordingly

I want to become a great philanthropist.

It is a great ambition. What are you currently doing to achieve this? The journey of 1,000 miles starts with a step.

  • It is a very great idea and a way of retaining stakeholder engagement!

  • Who Needs to Know What?
Once you have identified who your beneficiaries are, it is time to ask the next question: what do they need to know?

Consider changes to your programs: have you reduced, changed or expanded what your organization does?

For instance, do parents need to know that your literacy program has been discontinued? Have you added new services, such as providing masks? What is it that your beneficiaries need to know about your services?

You might also consider public health information. Is there a specific message you can provide that will keep your beneficiaries safe from the disease?
