  • How do we keep memories in our organizations?

Every organization has its history: invention, inauguration, festival, failure, success,.... In his everyday life, the organization produce documents that will help him to work properly and keep memory. So, how does that organization keep those document? Does-he destroy or loose them? If he destroys them, what are the criteria does he use? If he looses them, how does he prepare the inventory?
Archives are very important in our organizations because they facilitate us to recognize our failure just to plan for the success or the success just to improve it, but sadly many organizations don't know to manage them physically or electronically
