    An entrepreneur according to the Zimmerer and Scarborough (1998) is one who creates a new business in the face of risk and uncertainty for the purpose of achieving profit and growth by identifying opportunities and assembling the necessary resources to capitalize them.
    Whereas Joseph Scumpter an Australian economist regarded an entrepreneur as an innovator who carries out a new combination and accelerates the process of economic development. This innovation can occur a different form such as introduction of new goods, new methods of production, opening up of new markets and finding out new sources of financing.
    Yet Peter F. Drucker defines an entrepreneur as one who always researches for change, responds to it and exploits it as an opportunity.
    From the above analyses, it is evident that the concept of entrepreneur is conceived and understood by different people. It involves, risk taking, resource mobilization, innovation, team builder, and others. The entrepreneurship has a vision, originality of tough and ability to take calculated risks.
    In (Schapiro 1985) entrepreneurship is a process focusing on entrepreneurial support.
