Unintended consequences are always there and very hard to avoid by can be countered
Unintended consequences must not be overlooked and avoided. As any philanthropic work must not come in the sacrifice of environment, society, health and the well-being of people.
We must be aware of managing our project in order to prevent the unintended consequences
This is very good topic which we learned a lot of things
Unintended consequences are very important indeed.
It is very important that a non-profit organization clearly define its mission and who are its beneficiaries of its programs, because this will allow it to achieve greater social impact and also facilitate its replicability, keeping the dissemination of the message simple.

Sustainability, likelyhood of success and un intended outcomes enable the organisation to achieved their goals and objectives successfully.
Risk management is really important for a good project
Very important
Unintended Consequences is indeed worth planning for as in most cases it is beyond the control of the entity.

Unintended Consequences could be impactful and needs attention.
Sustainability is one of the most important factor for consideration of implementing a project. Sustainable development requires much efforts and genuine concern for the community. If the project is just to use up the fund and utilize it to help for short-term then, it's basically a way of helping which hurt the community.
Along the implementation, there are many unintended consequences of the input and activities done. It could be positive or negative consequences which may impact the success of the project.
Informative session
I think this module is so important, it help me understand how to prevent an unintended consequences.
The framework divides livelihood assets into 6 types: natural assets, physical assets, financial assets, human assets, social assets, and cultural assets
In the social sciences, unintended consequences (sometimes unanticipated consequences or unforeseen consequences) are outcomes of a purposeful action that are not intended or foreseen.
Designing a program that continues to make impact without involvement is a major important thing and crucial.
This is a great topic
What should be done when you realize that your foreseen unintended consequences is out of your control?
Community participation and contribution is most important thing for sustaining the program. it helps to develop ownership of the program
This module helps to develop organization
It is very important that a non-profit organization clearly define its mission and who are its beneficiaries of its programs, because this will allow it to achieve greater social impact and also facilitate its applicability
There is no prompt, but this seems cool.

An unintended consequence is that suppliers of plywood from outside the region, who would have been willing to supply plywood quickly at the higher market price, are less willing to do so at the government-controlled price. Thus results a shortage of a good where it is badly needed.
A positive unintended consequence is an unanticipated benefit that emerges from an action. Adam Smith's notion of the “invisible hand” is one example of a positive unintended consequence. Smith famously argued that each individual pursuing his own ends generates widespread benefits beyond that individual
Detailed assessment would help to overcome the unintended consequences.
Yeah is part of all acyivities
Yes it is
Though being aware how can we the the future unseen consequences
HOW TO MANAGE RISK
Identifying risks ahead of time is essential. Providing a framework for identifying risks, assessing how serious they are, and creating a mitigation plan.
Unintended questions are of course challenging to navigate as you/your organization could go into a situation or a plan with the best intentions at heart, but still miss something or end up having a negative impact in some aspect. I think it is definitely important to do as much research as possible into the issue at hand and into your solution. Has something like this been attempted before? Has it failed or been successful? Why or why not? I also think it is essential to be in tune with the community and/or population you are serving. It's important to make sure their voices are heard and amplified, and the solution or work you are providing is coming from a place or knowledge and understanding.
Creating a risk register and profering mitigating strategies is a very veritable way of arresting the impact of unintended consequences on project performance. It is very important to recognise the fact that things could go wrong caused by factors outside the country of the project so that you can develop strategies in the event that it crystalises.

95% possibility that they may exist
Just the agencies working alone can't make a change but it's a responsibiity of the society to be an inclusive part in making the effort a success,as they have the ability to negate most of the unintended consequences.
unexpected consequences during the implementation of a project can compromise the desired social impact
i agree with this opinion
great, super
No I don't want to add on because everything there is true
