Secondly, to learn and Understand more about Monitoring and Evaluation in its core details. Being a consultant, means that I have no Stationary Place, thus am always Roving Uganda and currently am in Karamoja. MBAMIC Enterprises is the Consultancy Firm I work with: http://www.mbamic.org/
