Data which is collecting for monitoring and evaluation purpose should be professionaly stored, organized and accessed; therefore, without applying proper data management method the data can not be used properly. In this time, all for profit and non for profit organizations have created data management systems to help employees in different areas. However, some organization call their data management systems backbones of their organizations.
