This can also be based on assumption that the Hydro electric power production will reduce due to reduction in water levels

  • We have projected that we will receive 10% more income from selling our farm produce than we did last year.

This is based on the assumption that the trend of gradually increasing demand will continue because of the vitamin A pro that is in the maize and sweet potatoes.

We have projected that we will receive 15% more income raise from membership into our library, renting of our office space and renting of our event center to trainers than we did last year.

This is based on the assumption that the trend of gradually increasing demand for a library to read by professionals preparing for exams, small business who can't afford to rent a bigger space because of the cost and also the increment of self development courses and classes will continue.

  • Our organization expects to receive 50 % of its initial income from hosting a fundraiser. We are speculating that we will receive the rest of the money from grants

  • Our organization is likely to received additional funds for scaling-up the existing education program. This assumption was based on our discussion with potential donors in the past, and different level of recognition and buy-in from stakeholders.

This assumption is based on the fact that the project has been on going and will end in the next two years

Thank you for you good response on this discussion

  • This can be as well based on the fact that the government is planning to raise the price of the prepaid eletricity thus people will tend to use alternative sources of power.

  • We have projected that we will receive 18% of our operating cost from local grants.
This is based on the assumption that coporate organizations have been increase their CSR portfolio at an average rate of 50% and over the last three years we have gotten an average of 16% of our operating cost from local grants.

  • We have identified that we are going to receive 14% of more income from donor supports.. This is based on the assumption that we have reached agreement with donors that will provide cash donation on like last year.

  • One of the sources of revenue that our organization expects next year is the granting of $ 36,000 as operating costs from one of our partners to support the surveillance of the 5 diseases with epidemic potential in our region.
Assumptions for obtaining this fund may be as follows:

    • It is a likely income because it is since 2018 that the memorandum of understanding was signed but the disbursement has never been made.
    • As there has been a change from one of the major decision-makers at the top of our hierarchy, we believe that the chance of receiving this fund is more than 50% next year.

Annual Budget Funding (A B F): This is money release to organizations to carry out their activities in the year.
This is base on the assumption that A B F is release every year.

  • We have projected that we will maintain the certain percentage that we do receive from donors due to consistence of performance and achieved results in line with donors that support our core vision.
This assumption is based on our cordial relationship with our donors and partners that are driven by the inclusion movement.

  • source of income - Commission from selling studio services from other service providers with an estimate of $6000 in earnings on our website . The assumption is that we have 80% assurance on this income given the previous year performance.

  • We have projected that we will receive 12% more income from our new partnership with Planned Parenthood to support our distribution of contraception and sex education services.

This is based on the assumption that they live up to our agreement as partners and their professional reputation as a large resource of health services. Trust in their reputation is an assumption based on the fact that access to contraceptives and comprehensive sex education is an important and needed resource for the public, a niche they have been providing since 1916.

Another assumption is that public safety is considered and monitored by many agencies, both government and non profit so supporting, partnering with your organization would be prioritized.

  • One source of income for us would be income based on our investments. We anticipate at least 5% increase.
The assumption is that stocks/mutual funds and bonds will increase.

Although it is smart to consider the same percentage from donors, there is no guarantee.

  • We have projected that we will receive a 40% increase in small donations from a grassroots fundraising campaign from last year. This is based on the assumption that we will be soliciting small dollar donations to 4x the number of fundraising cohorts than we did last year and have a 50% chance of receiving a certain amount of money per fundraising cohort.

our organization receive 10% more income by selling fruit and vegetable because we study that average human being needed 80% vegetable in a year average so we run a campaign to be a healthier society

  • Our organization is expected to receive 60% more of the income next year with the sales of our Maize in my province based on the assumptions that for that past three years our land records the highest rainfall with the best fertile land leading to a bumper harvest beating all the provinces the whole country and very few are into maize farming.

  • We have projected that we will produce chicken 30% more than we did last year. we expect receive money from government support.
This is based on assumption that have reached agreement with government that will support young people entrepreneurship initiatives.

  • It has been projected that the organisation receives deposits based on the assumption that new startups will be launched and many will open current account , subsequent availing of many other products related to that category.

Moreover since many employees loose their jobs because of the current economic situation there is no other option rather than to do business for survival.

  • Our organisation expects to get a restriction fund from a local agricultural company that is intend to assist us in financing the association green scheme. However, this support is likely to be affected by the current status of healthy faced by every country of the world. The company also closed its door as every government regulated their countries to curb this pandemic. Therefore, due to this situation we project to receive seed support than money as agreed earlier.

  • The annual building funds is based on the assumptions that all grants we applied for will be given to us.

Zero based budgeting requires a lot of time and this ca delay the time which the program is supposed to start, anlther concern might be that some of the programs loved by team mates might be eliminated and this leave some kind of reluctance in staff to give the new program their best.
Considering zero based budgeting can also casuse some staff to loose their job because they might be deemed surplus to requirements. All this might be the fair my team mates in adpoting the new zero-based budgeting but with fill explanation as to why the programs need to go through will give them confidence and also reassuring them of making no one loose their job.

  • our organization expected to receive 50% income from the sales of the car and 120 watts solar panel to ensure we carry out our activities on time, because grant from the donors always delay the project activities.
our biggest project is agriculture to farmers to plough the land for farming before the rain seasons start in May year 2020.

  • The organization can be in position to accomplish it projects on time when the cash always at hand.
South Sudan has good land for agriculture activities that why we do engage farmers to be self resilience and changed to come out of poverty. thank by Peter Garang Mawien
