For my experience, Lakhon Komnit Organization was granted funding from Voice Global via Oxfam in Cambodia in 2017 and 2019.
Thanks to this opportunity, we were invited to participate in 'Linking and Learning' network group. The project is finished but this network still meeting and sharing skills, it is great to share together with them.

For resources I also follow up to date prakas as find on government department websites
funding opportunity we find through foundation websites
I recommend join the local networks for your area and sector, it can be base on women and children, education etc

Many networks now communicating fast by use Telegram. You can reach out to your contacts and ask them to include you in their conversation groups
