My name is Michael Kenop from Papua New Guinea. I worked for the Department of Agriculture and Livestock as a Senior Assets Officer. I have work for the department for 3 years and learned a lot. However, one of the stunning things that always stuck on my mind is the management of Human Capital.

I love to see that the management of Human Resources are effectively managed for the effective delivery of the government services to the rural parts of Papua New Guinea. I believe that the right people are placed on the right position, the department can deliver the government strategies and goals.

My name is Michele Joseph. I am the executive director for SGAP Leaders (student global ambassador program). SGAP Leaders serves motivated and curious 7th -12th grade young leaders who want to make a difference in the world. We do so through our Leadership Series program that integrates science, technology, engineering, math, sustainability and social justice workshops and tours.
