Thanks. I am Toye Balogun. I am joining this course from Abuja Nigeria. I am working for a religious organisation and a community development group as the founder and pioneer. My role in the organizations is to develop a plan/aims and objectives and or set out goals, sell the goals to team with possible strategies for achievement of the goals for possible suggestions and contributions. My goals for the course is to better prepare me to maximize my leadership potentials. I will like to join a vibrant team of like minded and well experience members. I have been the leading my community development organization for a while now so, I quite understand what it means to lead people in circumstances in which they are not been paid or motivated in monitory terms but only with little benefits
