More than enough was learned in this course. In the next few months I will start to use the project charter, I see it as a plan and I will frequent the use of Gantt chart as well as other tools learned in this course. The tools will help me achieve greatly my objectives of enrolling for the course.

This course has been very helpful in articulating some of very important aspects/tools yet often ignored in project management. The RACI tool for instance is quite exciting at managing personnel. Since i have never applied it in my previous projects (or perhaps i did that informally), i will be adopting it in the upcoming projects given how it helps in enhancing clarity of roles.
Thanks to the team that availed this course. I will be glad to continue using this platform.
I wish you all the best as you apply what was learned. I am glad to have you as a course mate.
In fact, i have learned project management in order to implement in a professional way which is useful to me to carryout the project as well as to teach others who are in the field. I really I have fresh knowledge in the field.
its's been a great way to go back at the things i might have missed while accomplishing my projects

This is the module 4 discussion. You may participate in this discussion after beginning module 4.
In this course, you have learned about many different processes, tools, and practices that should help you be a better project manager. However, it is up to you to decide how you will use your new knowledge. In the next few months, what new processes, tools, and practices will you start using on your projects?
Then, find at least one other learner and wish them good luck!
Example post: In the next few months I will (start using project charters, start using stakeholder analysis matrices, etc.)
The Gantt Chart makes scheduling so easy to document and to interpret. I am going to apply it right away in designing my next project.

I'm glad to have learnt a great deal from this course. I will do well to start making effective use of Gantt chart and Risk & stakeholder management models for better outcomes in projects I'll be working on. Goodluck to everyone else.

Module 4 was quite loaded.
Fundamental for me was the differentiation of Risks and Issue, Scope creep, and the RACI Matrix tool.
