I understood target to mean the level or extent to which your project will meet by a certain date.unrealistic target is just the opposite of this definition. These are project that canopy meet a certain deadline, and many factors are responsible for this. Example where the fundings is delayed or a major change in your target audience. So it is important where necessary that target can be adjusted vto create more time for realistic targets.
