  • Community development

Community development is aimed at being progressive, more productive and more efficient ways of doing things than formerly before whether in social, economic or political matters.
To achieve all this ,it is important to identify risks associated with it and to suppress our own personal biases. If for example, a community is developed with the construction of newer roads with pedestrian walk. The risk is that many in that community may not want to use the pedestrian walkway,or some may not follow the rules of crossing or obey traffic. However, assuming already that they will be road casualties will influence the project negatively thus not allowing for informed decisions to be attained.
