    we categories the budget and the percentage of every category as follow:
    1- Direct Cost
    - Direct cost go to the beneficiaries
    * Grant
    * Technical support for beneficiaries (filed consultant staff)
    * Training and workshop
    - Monitoring & Evaluation and communication
    * M&E
    * Communication and Advocacy
    - Direct operation Expenses
    * Staff cost
    * Other direct administration cost
    Total Direct Cost
    2- Indirect Cost
    - Overhead by (7% - 10%)
