  • Share your best practices: Cycle 1

    Hi everyone,

We here at Philanthropy University recognize that you guys, our learners, are experts in what you do. For that reason, we want to to hear your best practices for common challenges you face in your work.

Every couple weeks, we will ask a new question related to your best practices at work. Please provide your and/or your organization's best practices, and "vote" for others’ best practices that you agree with or are helpful. Based on the best practices that get the most “votes”, we will gather this community’s favorite answers and make a collection of the External Relations and Partnerships community’s best practices. This collection of best practices will be available to all learners who visit this community, supporting other individuals interested in External Relations and Partnerships to overcome these common challenges.

    • What was one specific partnership -- local, national, or international -- that has worked particularly well for your organization. How did you find eachother, and what was the partnership, and what were the results?
  • The particular partnership which have worked well with our organisation is national called suubi mixed community group, it is saving and credit group,we have worked well together because they empower small holder farmers we work with in financial management like booking keeping, budgeting which have given the small holder farmers we work with the capacity/skills to financially manage their businesses we are in partnership with them, hence realizing our mission of nutrition improvement and sustainable rural livelihood projects.
