  • M & E in Covid 19 Vaccination Program

Congratulations on the completion of this course@KatoHanny. I can't view any of the previous discussions on M & E program in this group.

However, going through the vaccination programs against Covid 19 in sub Saharan Africa and Nigeria inclusive, despite the fact that the vaccines haven't been procured yet, the perception and fear of Africans (Nigerians) has been giving a pointer and clue towards poor outcomes in terms of those who may likely take the vaccines. This can't be unconnected to ill health perception/lack of trust in our leaders; poor communication and assumptions of people about the vaccine itself.

What can M & E experts do in this kind of situation in order to ensure high coverage among the target population in Africa?
