My name is Aron Mativo from Kenya. I am program management professional managing programs for a non profit organization registered in Kenya with projects in Nakuru and Turkana counties. My goals for this course include; sharpening my grant proposal writing skills as well advancing my crowdfunding knowledge. I will be able to apply this in my work through submission of quality grant proposals and taking lead in running crowdfunding campaign hence raising money for the organization's key projects. I will also share the skills learnt with my teams so that i can mentor a team of fundraising professionals who will be able to make valuable contributions on fundraising. I am more excited to learn about how to successfully run a crowdfunding campaign. I have a created a team; "fundraising strategies", i look forward to having more professionals joining the group.

We do not have a designated person in charge of fundraising. So, when we do an event, the planning seems to be a bit unorganized and we are always behind! We need a stragety that works!
