KPI's are not easy to Implement in Social ventures. Not all KPI"s are measurable. For example Providing Solar light to home may improve Kids education because he can study more, Somebody's eyesight may be saved from using proper light. While it is important to have KPI"s , the Key performance indicators are those which are taking the mission forward, apart from the impact venture created. It is a challenging but rewarding exercise.

KPIs are metrics that measure the level of impact, it's therefore Important to carefully set KPIs that are easy to measure both qualitatively and quantitatively.

You cannot run a venture without a way to measure weather your are making progress or not. Thanks to this module. I was able to set key performance indicators for my venture.

A good course overall. Module 5 explains how KPI helps ventures to measure the effectiveness of a company in achieving goals. Even if results of measured may not be favorable, it helps ventures prepare early on in identifying what needs to be change or which area in their venture needs to be improved.

Orphanage assistant, by built for them and given them support and the kpi to employed teachers, Doctors Nursing, mandin for all concerns,
Dropped out from schools, to make sure their support to the various schools that their education to continues
Single parents, this are individual with a child why the other partner become and absencetee we also give them a support,

KPIs for me start from the day one decides to launch an idea. Taking a pre-launch and post-launch (few months) survey can also be an indicator for progress. As long as they can be measured, and they directly relate to the impact goal, it is worth noting.
