  • Thank you Philanthropy university! #5000stronger

With the help of everything that I and my team learnt in the philanthropy university, we applied it to drive our venture. We designed a project we called project Adimu. Project “Adimu” was designed to Improving the lives of vulnerable youths (especially youths living with HIV/AIDS); strengthening their skills and abilities so that they can overcome the causes of their exclusions and sufferings in the society through handcraft vocational skill training such as beads making, Ankara (local fabrics) bags, shoes and other handcraft skills. It was 4-week handcraft vocational training for vulnerable youths aged 18-35 that are out of jobs, poor and without adequate sources of livelihood or wants to learn a skill as an alternative opportunity to earn a living. After the training, we assisted in fundraising for our beneficiaries to ensuring they are able to kick-start their own business. We also provide mentorship program for our beneficiaries for a period of three months after the training.

Thanks to the Philanthropy university. Our social media links are:
