  • Hi every one, My name is Simeon Mihinga, a director of Makutano ya Wajasiriamali (NGO) from Tanzania. We are working to promote the growth and empowerment of entrepreneurs especially the marginalized ones. At this time we have to close our office and embark upon educating our beneficiaries on proper strategies to avoid COVID-19 contamination. Most of the entrepreneurs we support such as farmers, small business men and women , fishermen and the like are sadly hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers are few, international trade is low and every one can not conduct business as usual. We would be delighted if we would get any assistance related to helping entrepreneurs and the community at this time. Most of them need hand washers, sanitizers, soaps, nasks and related brochures for protecting themselves and their customers. You can call me at +255766461068 or mihingasime@gmail.com. Let's work together to combat COVID-19.

  • My name is Amândio Simão. I am from Mozambique, a professional in Quality Assurance working in a Center of Investigation in Health as a Compliance Manager. I was a Learner at Philanthropy University about Monitoring and Evaluation. This pandemic is just showing us that we are not protect, not united as we should be. The Impact to my Organization is as following:

    • Definately all the Work in Community as Vigilance, Recruitment and other task are supended.
    • As a consequence, we face finantial issues, because we cant run the projects, therefore we can spend any money for salaries, etc....
    • Workers, who can execute their daily tasks are limited, due the Social Isolation.
I would like to learn more regarding prevention, how can we treat it, possible help that we can become.
