    What we do as an organization to empower staff is that we delegate different roles to different members so that they can be leaders in certain areas because we strongly believe that we are all born leaders.

  • What we do as an organization to empower staff is that we delegate different roles to different members so that they can be leaders in certain areas because we strongly believe that we are all born leaders.

  • We give responsibilities to staff and let them know that they are in charge of that particular area, they should device means to make that area succeed. The success and failure of that area lies in their hands. We let the staff know that they should feel free to come up with ideas, bring it up to the leadership so we can look at it together, if the staff idea is in line with the organization values, we give thumbs up to the staff.

  • We start the working day with a meeting to discuss priorities, discuss possible ways to handle them and staff members are actively asked for their input

  • Our organisation has rotating leadership each month. One staff member is appointed as leader for a month, then next month other staff member. This ensures team spirit among staff members and increase leadership qualities like taking responsibility etc.

  • Every month, we sit in the meeting and share experiences of the month and then advice each others

  • in faulu productions community based organizations we empower our staffs for organizing weekly meeting ,and hiring volunteers form abroad in tree years we have reaching to bring 4 volunteers.

    and we like to shear the ideas as teams of faulu productions i weeks and we must to give place to our staffs to bring i monthly report . all this is to make them strong in the work.

  • In our organization, we have different roles and responsibilities as defined. Before we do something, we create proposals for that certain activity/program and discuss with the team. By that time we ask and seek for everyone's approval of the idea, or get some suggestions or recommendations to improve the plan/proposal. By that, we gave each member of the team the chance to speak their mind and what they think is better for the program/proposal.

  • Yearly at MM, we have Christmas toy drives and food drives. To help the volunteers feel like they are contributing, we ask them to dress up as elves and help struggling families through a Santa's Toy Shop where they choose toys for their children.
