I am an M&E assistant and there is an on-going project (G-women) i am involved in. This project is targeted at widows and vulnerable women with little or no means of livelihood, to engage them into petty trading and businesses and also to instill a savings culture in them for sustainability of the project. The use of VLSA is to be introduced but i need a full knowlege of M&E to be able to track, measure and know if the project is yielding the desired result. Moreso i am more motivated to work in a TEAM, because Together, Everyone Achieves More.
