  • As organizations grow, the need to sustain it becomes imperative. Although automation has gained grounds since the 20th century, however, the importance of the human factor cannot be over emphasized. Human resources management is the "soul" of every growth-conscious organization and should be at the core.

    I look forward to acquiring knowledge and skills necessary to kick start a great career in HRM.

    Hey Everyone:

    Human Resource Management is a critical element for any sustainable and enduring organization. Choosing the "right team" for your organization is important in every aspect to support your organizational goals and objectives. While the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process is time consuming and a challenging task the " human factor" is without a doubt irreplaceable even though the "robots are coming".
