The important of M&E
I think M&E is always a must within any Project. Let me compare it with a national activity in many countries: The National Census. Let me ask, is a Census relevant for a country? Is it better not to think of a Census in a country because it could worse "weaknesses"?
Well, I support the idea to apply an appropriate M&E and of course an appropriate National Census in a country.
