Unrealistic targets
When talking about targets, they're the things/results one expects to achieve, commitment to reach certain results.however when talking about unrealistic targets, results that may in actual Sense not be achievable but this may happen if one has not done good planning for the project or if you're not knowledgeable about the topic thus setting unrealistic targets,at times being optimistic may lead to this.
