  • The mistrust to the MSPs by local people while implementing the project (eg: establishment of recreational centre). To this the resources needed are trust from the local communities towards the project, they have to be convinced on how this project would benefit them and their community in long run, so for this during the implementation of plan, consluting the public to gain trust is pivotal. In addition to this, labor (work force) is essential to complete the task, without the involvement of local laymen, it would be herculean to complete the project. Therefore. local community is to be consulted for these resources.
