Hello @all !
My name is Dancy, and I design courses for Philanthropy University. We're working on a new course that will teach you how to develop a cohesive Stakeholders Engagement Strategy, for both internal and external stakeholders. Since this community is full of partnership and external relationship experts, I'd love to get your thoughts and feedback on this topic!
Please reply to this post with your responses to any of the questions below, and we may feature your answer in the new course. And, if you'd be interested in collaborating further on the content of this stakeholders engagement course, please message me directly! I'd love to have a conversation.
What’s your strategy for engaging stakeholders? What’s the key to developing an impactful engagement strategy?
What’s an example of stakeholder engagement for your organization that was successful, another example where it was not so successful, and what did you learn from both?
How has stakeholder engagement and feedback led to a pivotal change for your organization?
At the foundation to which I belong (In Cali, Colombia), we ask donors for small monthly contributions. Small merchants and neighbors of the sector, contribute dues of 1, 3, 5, or 10 dollars. They can also provide construction materials, food or scholarships for children who attend our activities.. Together, these small donations were very useful for the operation of the foundation. Thanks! And congratulations for the webpage. Is very usefull to us.
well , good luck for this project
