A self-motivated and hard-working individual, who has effective interpersonal and organisational skills by providing advice, support and expert guidance to enable teams to deliver high quality results and services to support the development of the organisation and the design of innovative new services.
Abdulkariim thrives on driving improvements through managing various projects at a national and international level. Having worked extensively overseas and here in the UK over 30 years as a public servant in public and private sector including:(Abu Hanifah Foundation, Alimdaad Foundation UK, YMCA Blackburn & Maama Habiiba Foundation (MHF) voluntary and charitable organisations has significantly broadened effectiveness and adaptability with in different working environment. Morally, Abdulkariim is a Philanthropist so, he helps, supports and assists people, at the right place, at the right time.
Abdulkariim is a Professional Public Service Interpreter in Somali Language & Culture. He is also a Professional Lecturer / Facilitator for a Modern Standard Somali Language and Culture Training Course,(MSSLCTC) which includes curriculum / syllabus design, translation, interpreting, preparing, planning and delivering from SLP0 - SLP4 course resources and materials from Arabic language to Somali language.
